Content security

Content security is a general term that talks about the confidentiality, legal concerns, and security of a company's intellectual property.

Attacks are not only launched by inpiduals outside of the company. Sometimes attacks are initiated by an inpidual inside your organization, who has legitimate access to the resources. These concerns increase daily, because organizations allow their employees to bring your own devices (BYODs) and allow employees to access their applications, data, and devices. There are vulnerabilities in the network/system, and there are chances of losing content, such as important data/files, while sending them via file sharing or emails. Companies should take the necessary steps to protect their content by defining some in-depth defensive policies. Content security cannot be achieved by implementing normal security policies, instead the company should take the necessary steps to protect their content by defining in-depth defensive policies.
