原料
卷心菜-------350克
调料
葱花---------15克
姜末----------5克
蒜片---------10克
红干椒-------20克
花椒---------20粒
精盐---------1小匙
味精-------1/2小匙
酱油---------2小匙
植物油-------2大匙
制作步骤
1 卷心菜洗净,先掰成大片,再切成象眼块;红干椒洗净,去蒂及籽,切成小段;花椒粒放入碗中,加入清水浸泡5分钟,捞出沥干。
2 炒锅置火上,加油烧至六成热,先下入花椒粒小火慢慢炸出香味,再捞出花椒粒,放入红干椒段略炒一下,然后加入葱花、姜末、蒜片炒香。
3 再放入卷心菜块,用旺火快速翻炒均匀,最后加入精盐、味精、酱油翻炒至入味,即可出锅装盘。
